1.Reached mutual understanding on Government contribution payment procedures through close engagement with Ministry of Finance and successfully disbursed over $6M from State budget; 2.Managed contract for external audit, fiscal agent and SAP solution provider worth over $8M; 3.Engagement with external audit and state audit as the main Point-of-Contact for the second year in a row with disbursements over $50M, successfully delivered all of the documents to meet the audit timeline, enforced implementation of the follow-up action plan and managed all other communications internally and externally; 4.Reviewed and revised main financial governing document followed by proper approvals at Board level; 5.Prepared and overseen quarterly budgets over $30M per quarter followed by monthly reports to both Mongolian and US government; 6.Managed and overseen customs and VAT exemption requests worth over $21M.
