My duties include, but not be limited to, performing the following functions:(i) Manage UI (User Interface) & UX (User Experience) design and development activities,(ii) Lead the definition of great UX throughout the product lifecycle, from initial explorations to final deliverables,(iii) Corporate Website management using OpenCMS. Development of webpage templates using OpenCMS,(iv) Develop, follow and ensure high standards of usability, consistency and clarity in UI design across different platforms e.g. desktops, smartphones, tablets and Big screens,(v) Push the boundaries to create better, innovative experiences for our web and mobile application users,(vi) Produce layouts, user interface elements, design specifications and documentation,(vii) Work closely with the Engineering and Product Managers to support UI & UX implementation efforts,(viii) UI design and development using different tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Apps i.e (Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator).(ix)Front-End UI development using HTML, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery and responsive UI frameworks like Foundation, Bootstrap etc.,(x) Work & collaborate with the backend developers to push the limits of existing UI technology and create the best possible UX,(xi) Evaluate existing application user interface design and propose usability improvements,(xii) Solve different UI challenges like browser compatibilities issues, different resolutions etc.,(xiii) Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages,(xiv) Complete programming assignments. Learn & adopt new frameworks,(xv) Work with team members in both Islamabad and the U.S to assist with projects, and(xvi) any other technology-related tasks as necessary, inclusive of software development and IT infrastructure.
