Work Responsibilities:-• Project (Estimation, Documentation, Drawings, Scheduling, Correspondence, Co-Ordination).• Project / Site Management (Supervision, Commissioning, Testing; Follow-up).• Sales Support (Preparing Quotation, Pricing sheets, Material Testing & Inspection according to specs).• Calibration Reports preparation & documentation,• Familiar with following Gas Detection Systems, Sensors& Controller’s;A. DETCON;B. MILL-RAM;C. Work Responsibilities:-• Calibration & Maintenance of plant equipment’s like grinding mill’s, filling machines, weighing balances, load cells, Batch Mixer vessel.• Scheduling (Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance, Calibration).• AET board (CLTI, MIS, Batch Production, CANDO, 5S) tracking.• Shift manpower handling, MIS Reporting (Productivity - Batch-wise, Resource-wise & Product-wise).• SAP - Engineering procedures,A. Purchase Requisition / Material Requisition preparation,B. Material Checking and QA/QC passing,C. Gate-Pass preparation,D.
