Arup Digital Studio is the digital design studio of Arup, focusing on delivering service design and digital product development for the built environment. Our key clients included government departments (DESNZ), property developers (Crown Estates), transport agencies (TfW), municipalities/local authorities (Sheffield City), and cultural institutions (V&A museum) looking to improve places/infrastructure through digital products and user experience. We helped clients develop bespoke digital products and strategies, sometimes as part of broader masterplans or architectural visions.As the Studio’s Strategy Lead I helped build a multidisciplinary team of 10 to discover and design digital products for the built environment and public sector. I also led on business development and project leadership, generating and managing an annual revenue £2.5 million/year.

I managed innovation consulting projects for various Fortune-500companies based on empirical, qualitative data. I led all steps of innovationprojects: stakeholder interviews, project framing, designing and leadingresearch, formulating and co-creating insights, delivering strategyroadmaps and design directions. I also managed teams and budgets.

Designed and facilitated weekly Creative Arts workshops at the Female Medium Security Division, Rhode Island Correction Center.

Researched the size, trends, and barriers to entry in Vietnam's retail and real estate market to determine potential gains from investment and potential investment partners. Conducted primary research through interviews with experts and presented findings in front of client.Worked with team to propose strategic entrance plan for client into three emerging markets.
