I am a venture capitalist, with over 16 years of experience in the ICT industry, specializing in AI, fintech and ESG sectors. I am a PhD candidate in digital convergence(data analysis) from Seoul National University and a MS in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan.As a director at Daesung Private Equity, a leading Korean PE firm, I led the ESG strategy and integration, and managed multiple deals and portfolio companies in the ICT domain. Previously, I worked at Finnq, a fintech joint venture of Hana Finance Group and SK Telecom, where I developed new corporate identities and a mobile application based on user experience. I also held various roles at SK Telecom, where I created new businesses, services, and solutions in the fields of security, video advertising, and internet service development.
