Zuni serves as Lead Consultant and Researcher, working closely with clients to understand their needs and culture prior to the beginning of an engagement. She is responsible for RefCheck®’s proprietary reference-checking methodology, which focuses on helping clients with their full due-diligence process prior to making the investment in a hire or Board appointment.
