From 2020-01 to 2020-07, as Hongfa acquired Hella (Xiamen) Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd.and the company name is changed to Xiamen Hongfa Transportation Electronics Co., Ltd., my responsibility keep the same as in Hella.In 2020-08, I was promoted to be quality manager of Beogold Xiamen, which is invested by Hongfa. The key responsibilities are as below,1. Take charge of the quality team, develop training plan base on team skill matrix and coach team members’ growth.2. Set up the company quality target, review regularly and take actions if necessary.3. Take charge of quality system management, organize the management review meeting and internal audit, lead the procedure optimization.4. From 2013-12 to 2018-05，worked as Senior customer quality engineer.From 2018-06 to 2019-12，worked as Senior quality supervisor.Key responsibilities,1. Set up target of the customer quality team and ensure achievement, lead and coach team members’ growth.2. Well know customers’ requirements, take charge of customer approval (PPAP), product quality control, failure analysis, quality issue solving(8D), audits and NQE (non-conformance quality expense). Provide constructive comments，drive related departments to take actions, ensure meet requirements and customer satisfaction.Key achievements,1. Base on the product spec and target of customer satisfaction, drive analysis and improvement both externally and internally, achieved customer claim PPM target (less than 0.5PPM), built a good reputation for product quality.2. Base on product risk, drive analysis and improvement, achieved NQE% target and reduced 30%, saving cost of company.3. From 2006-07 to 2009-02, I worked as process quality engineer. The key responsibilities are as below,1. Develop product inspection/testing instruction, train operator to do inspection and testing to ensure product quality.2. Lead handling of process quality issues to keep production smooth. Work with team member for root cause analysis and improvement actions, verify the effectiveness and improve yield.From 2009-03 to 2010-12, I worked as supplier quality engineer. The key responsibilities are as below,1. Take charge of component quality control and quality issues, regularly reviewed with supplier, ensure it to be solved effectively in time.2. Set component PPM target with supplier, appraise supplier quality performance regularly.3. Hold quarterly quality meeting to have quality communication with supplier, review supplier quality performance, modify quality target and develop improvement plan for better performance.4. Organize R&D and supplier together with purchasing to update component specification if necessary.
