My main task and responsible as a Quantity Surveyor is to monitor, supervise and ensure all works according to program and follow as per client, consultant and safety requirement. I also involved directly in the ISO QMS 2001:2008 as auditor in Internal Quality Audit (IQA).

My main task and responsible as a Quantity Surveyor enquires me to close liaising with all involved parties within the project. I also involved directly in the ISO QMS 2001:2008 as auditor and auditee in Internal Quality Audit (IQA). • Handle tenders, progress claims, estimation, site measurement, VO, finalization of account and etc• Prepare the claim / final measurement• Control the contract document like LA, CPC, CMGD etc.• Find the quotations and Prepare Bill Quantities for construction projects and tenders• Attend site valuation for internal claims and measurement of work done at site and verify measurement has taken on site.• To prepare the claim and manage all claims to client and make sure that when the claim is received, prepare payments to sub contractor according to the progress.• Exposure / Involvement in site activities.

My task is assist my Project Coordinator to :-• Manage the admin's work. • Attend the meeting about construction.• More about the pre-contract work.
