Coordinate the risk owners in following up on quarterly risk profile controls as agreed. Assist the team in monitoring the progress of departmental risk management activities. Coordinate and assist the Manager to advise the risk owner for the New Risk Management Profile as proposed by the ARMC Committee. Assist Departmental Quality Inspector to perform audit on the company ISO Quality Management System confrontment and compliances to the standard. Assist the progress of ISO requirements for the required processes to be complied by the required departments. To update relevant ISO documentation and work papers thus ensuring continuous improvement in the processes.

Conduct audit assignments as per the Audit Plan approved by the ARMC Committee and special/ ad-hoc audit tasks. Monitor the consistency of internal controls and conduct a review of the operational process. To review and analyse controls issues in procedures and guidelines of various departments as instructed by the Manager. Follow-up on issues raised by the Audit and Risk Department with auditees to ensure that the recommendation.

Maintains tender files and arranges for archiving following the completion of the tender. Receive requirements from all departments for tendering process and check whether all details were filled properly giving all the details. Prepare standardised tender templates and documents. Maintain a list of qualified vendors, as related to planned tenders and monitoring deadlines.

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Support the preparation of financial statements, reports and invoices. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Process transactions and perform data entry tasks in Microsoft Excel. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed. Assist with other accounting projects and tasks as assigned.

Responsible for handling customer inquiries via different channels, incoming calls, email, etc. Analyse customer inquiries and customer behavior. To provide first call resolution in an effective and timely manner. To provide a high level of customer service experience when attending to customers’ requests, inquiries and complaints within the turnaround time. To perform an investigation as well as define the root cause and validity of the complaint.
