As a Behavioral Health Technician at NYC Health + Hospitals, I have been supporting the mental and emotional well-being of patients for over five years. I have been responsible for patient charting, documenting their progress, symptoms, and treatment plans. I have also been using my computer literacy and Spanish-speaking skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff, and to access and update electronic health records. I am passionate about providing compassionate and quality care to people who are facing behavioral health challenges, and I am committed to learning and growing in this field.
