A position covering 2 separate roles - one of them relating to an inbound, the other to a back office operation, with responsibilities covering:-Leading a team of 15+ individuals-Conducing individual coaching sessions and targeting further training and motivational needs-Scheduling to ensure operational coverage-Coordinating the team's day to day activities to ensure quality targets along with operational and financial KPI's are met and exceeded-Handling both customer escalations and day to day client relations as the need arises
