I’m Zuu, a digital creator based in Accra. I’ve done a few things over the years. I worked in radio and TV production, grew as a photographer and graphic designer, and learned about idea generation, brand development and digital marketing. I also studied psychology, so sometimes I find myself quietly contemplating life’s big questions like: sock-shoe-sock-shoe or sock-sock-shoe-shoe? Milk first or cereal first? Over or under? Three years ago, I began my vegan journey. I saw my abilities merge when I started publicly documenting it via my page, ‘The Ghanaian Vegan’. Since then I’ve been invited to share my message across Ghana and beyond, including a feature with Deutsche Welle, BBC Africa and a speaking engagement at COP26.In 2021 I started a podcast ‘Stay by Plan’ with my friend Afi Tsegah. Through this, we’ve been able to channel our passion for fostering community and conversations. Together with our dedicated team, we’ve managed to develop one of the top podcasts in Africa. I’m enjoying the process of exploring my creativity while developing entertaining and relevant content. I want to continue to find collaborators who are equally driven to make things happen.
