Manage and lead *SCAPE's programme team in conceptualising programmes and creating platforms that connect youth with aspirations in the media industry with industry insiders and professionals.Manage and successfully organise Singapore's first National Youth Film Awards (NYFA) for 2015 -2018 Editions. NYFA aims to establish a benchmark in national excellence and talent identification between the film industry and IHLs offering film, animation and media-related courses. The awards identified numerous talented young craftsmen and they went on winning local and international film competitions. Youth who are nominated in NYFA is also eligible to apply for iMDA's Development Assistance for Short Film. Successfully launched *SCAPE's first co-working space for media practitioners where youth can have a space to hone their craft, network and create content. The space is also home to many youth-led creative & media communities.Collaborate with Government agencies, organisations and brands such as iMDA, NTUC U Creative, Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF), SONY, Cathay Photo, City Music, etc, to build a holistic ecosystem for youth development, both at *SCAPE and beyond.
