- Work at the Quality Department- Processing daily, weekly and monthly scrap results from the production in the plant. (It included updating the results to database, creating reports and presentation from this database)- Overall management of Quality documentation system, update the system procedures and standards, its archiving and distribution- Managing documentation list, updated dates, versions and release notesI was part of interesting project, when the writing down of the daily results from production was changed from analogue to digital (tablets). It was a few months long project, in that I was gathering feedback from production (where are the errors, bugs in the software) and providing feedback to developer for improvements and bug fixes.

- Using multiple company central administration tools to create a catalogue of different brands. This job included fulfilling strict deadlines, collecting information about upcoming sales from suppliers (product ID, sizes, materials, size charts, photos, prices) and working with products database- Creating product import file based on information from suppliers containing all possible information about products and brand- Categorizing products to categories by specified criteria and create sale catalogue. In case of missing information and misunderstandings, communication with suppliers

- Support of project management - initial assessment of projects eligibility before another approval- Working with internal databases and software, data updating, telephone and e-mail communication with clients- Supporting preparation and organization of seminars and conferences
