Currently, I work as a Junior IT Project Manager in a software house in Rybnik, where I am gaining experience in coordinating IT projects. In addition, I actively support the company in organizing internal training.In my work, I constantly develop, using the knowledge and experience of my colleagues, while working on improving my skills in planning, budgeting and monitoring projects. Additionally, by supporting the sales department, I gain insight into key business aspects that influence the success of projects and the organization as a whole.My goal is to further develop leadership skills and deepen my knowledge of people management, which is my passion. At the same time, I want to continue to improve my skills in project management, with particular emphasis on Agile methodologies such as Scrum. My priority is to support the team and organization in developing and achieving their goals.
