Managed key projects in relation to Carrier Onboarding, to increase available supply in Europe:- Built a carrier onboarding Standard Operating Procedure, trained and mentored 15 people in Business Process Outsourcing (KPI: 9k carriers onboarded (+65% YoY) with 93% of the target reached);- Cross-functionally managed Product, CRM & Compliance teams to improve and automate the onboarding journey (KPI: 118% increase YoY in carrier logins to the platform);- Designed, and supervised “lane preference” collection to increase efficiency in matching carriers with loads.

Top performer in acquiring, onboarding and account managing mid-sized carrier partners in CEE (~50 Polish carriers). More specifically:- 1st at Uber to fully onboard 100 carriers to Uber Freight in Europe;- Designed, and built Salesforce dashboards to keep track of in- and out-bound leads (adopted by all account executives);- ‘Culture Champion’: facilitated 2h training for 50+ employees globally.

- Ran paid social acquisition campaigns across the user funnel for 5 countries;- Continuously optimised campaign performance through A/B testing to push acquisition and funnel metrics;- Worked with the brand & design team on creative preparation.

As account manager for largest car fleet partners in Poland, was responsible for:- Project managing ‘car branding pilot’ in Warsaw;- Running process for licensing of >50 fleet partners;- Building and fully training 30-person sales team tasked with acquiring drivers.

- As project lead, designed & executed >10 campaigns across Poland (uberChopper, uberBlood, uberIcecream) with each resulting in multimillion reach in paid and earned media. - Owned user support channels on Facebook (managed to significantly decrease support time). Due to growing scale of the business, proposed, created & trained 7-person social media support team.- Overcame strategic target of 100% followership growth on Facebook in the year of 2017 (whilst reaching over 100k followers);- Negotiated third-party involvement in campaigns e.g. Food Banks for uberDonuts campaign;- As rider communication lead - was responsible for all social media channels, owned channels (in-app, CRM, blog).
