Vanessa co-founded several financial firms and served as a turnaround executive for three additional firms. She began her career in the late 1990s, serving as President and CEO of a de novo banking platform. She formulated and executed the corporate strategy successfully targeting a multi-national Latin American market and grew the company from 36 employees to over 600 employees while maintaining profit margins and diversifying the company’s sources of revenue within 36 months. Vanessa’s career has a rich history in the financial sector with many notable accomplishments but most importantly always attracted to disrupting the status quo to help organizations launch products, grow, execute operational models, build their corporate culture and market understanding by executing on strong organizational programs. Today, Vanessa leads a team of management consulting experts to assist organizations go through business transformation initiatives which involve business strategy, capability-building & organizational design and enterprise strategy as well as turnarounds, crisis management and mergers & acquisition integrations.
