• Close to 25 years of experience in medical and scientific affairs and clinical trial management in many therapeutic areas and in different environments (CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer goods), with work history demonstrating progressive increase in level and breadth of responsibility;• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to integrate scientific knowledge and operational expertise to ensure excellence in development;• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities with sound decision-making, problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities;• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development and ability to effectively apply technical principles, theories and concepts to clinical drug development;• Self-motivated, highly autonomous, strong ability to develop knowledge in new areas of disease treatment and drug development;• Strong oral and written presentation skills; excellent communication in French and English (verbal and written).
