• Took on the new role at Shakr to help the product team re-gain the momentum for delivering new products that will empower customers to fully harness the power of data-driven creatives at scale.
• Used tools like Linear, Notion and Figma to organize product roadmap, near and long-term tasks for the team.
• Communicated with client companies and their product teams, converting customers’ needs into tangible features as solutions for their problems.
• Organized and led product team project meetings for early ideations, scoping, scheduling and in-progress checks.
• At the same time, continued contributing as UI designer and developer to maintain existing product as well as building new features such as the Automated Batch Creatives.

• As the sole graphics designer on the team during the early days, I took the responsibility of making sure the brand look stays consistent on the web & on print, by unifying brand colors on logos, fonts and setting up.
• Built UI for Shakr Video Editor and User Dashboard from sketch. This was a complete re-build for Shakr’s main user-facing product.
• Created Petal (CSS UI framework, like Bootstrap) and Tuesday (CSS animation library) to serve as foundation of the new Shakr product, and open-sourced them. These received substantial recognition from developer.
• Led design and planning for StoriesAds.com, which was a completely new standalone, lightweight Instagram Stories video creator app that was launched in just 2 weeks.
• Led design and developed UI for many new products to reside within the Shakr suite — Local Campaigns Wizard, Template Editor, Files Manager, and more.
• With the advent of CSS variables support on modern browsers, I introduced foundational support for CSS variable-based color schemes product-wide. This greatly reduced future dev effort in UI developments to optimize.
