In a key business development role, I am leading the effort to grow our firm’s presence in the US market, identifying and building relationships with new strategic investors and new advisory clients. I drive sales and fundraising for diverse global funds, including alternative investments. I enjoy playing a central role in crafting and executing marketing and engagement strategies. Based in Hong Kong initially, I transferred to the US in 2018.DDA is the first independent general partner advisory and fund placement firm established and headquartered in Asia with global distribution and product sourcing capability in the alternative assets space. DDA is at the forefront of the placement industry as an interlocutor between global capital and private equity investment in Asia.

I focused on forming strategic partnerships that enhanced diverse, large-scale real estate projects up to 30 million sq ft, including an international food market, an entertainment hub, and other residential/commercial developments. I handled marketing, positioning, and business development for real estate assets and investment funds—with ongoing communications and relationship building with existing and new investors.Based in Hong Kong with a near 4-year relocation period in Shanghai, I demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to challenging business situations, and identify viable solutions to corporate roadblocks. By overcoming language barriers and learning local cultural and business practices, I developed a set of interpersonal and problem solving skills that crosses cultural borders. This has proven effective in forming productive business relationships with strategic partners and clients across the globe, including in the US, Europe and Asia. Us

I led various business development and partnership initiatives for hundreds of Tanner & Destination Clubs in the US and Europe, to enhance club members' experiences and drive company growth. New affinity partnerships included specialty wine programs, golf instruction, and luxury linen providers. I also initiated and developed the company’s sales plan with individual ski resorts, golf courses and various other amenity programs across all destinations. Additionally I served as the global on call manager for after-hours operations to coordinate and resolve urgent matters in an efficient and timely manner.

As the primary sales representative for the company in the Midwest, I initiated the sales coverage through Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Southern Illinois, resulting in new growth and exposure for the distribution of medical and rehabilitative supplies. Throughout, I prospected over 200 clients in the medical, physical therapy and athletic training communities. Additionally, I represented the product line through individual regional sales meetings and nationwide industry conventions.
