Responsible for the two Greiner Bio-One subsidiaries in the Netherlands as well as in Belgium and Luxembourg, with regard to HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing and Logistics.Direct reports were the business unit managers Preanalytics and BioScience, manager logistics, manager Belgium / Luxembourg, IT manager, purchase manager and the financial department.

Responsible for all of the sales force at that time operating in six regions and twelve territories, existing of in total 6 regional sales managers, 48 sales reps and 3 sales assistants. The NSM was part of all the brand teams for the priority products.Other responsibilities: international SFE core group, customer research, call agencies, supply management.Started at ALTANA (formerly known as Byk; later known as Nycomed) as a field sales manager, responsible for an all new team of 12 sales reps and later for training on the job of new sales reps. After two years I entered into the position of sales force effectiveness (SFE) manager and one year later into the position of national sales manager.

Alkmaar

Responsible in the Northern region of the Netherlands for 6 territories with 12 sales and flex reps. Target responsible for the priority products in pulmonology, rheumatology and cardiology.Started as a so-called "flex rep", I became the position of sales rep and soon after that the position of regional sales manager. Given a lot of opportunities for personal development I was able to grow in communication, sales performance, analytical skills and management skills.

Bristol-Myers Squibb was one of my interim employers, while working for SB Detachering for three years. In this context BMS was a client at that time, for whom I worked as interim territory manager.
