Has sparked my keen interest in change management through leadership, and that a role should not define your actions. Working at The van Diemen Project, where opportunities matter. Allows for me to foster and exercise these leadership skills, through project planning, implementation strategies, and procedure writing. To further refine these skills, I have been publishing academic articles with focus area on Authentic Leadership.
