I organized a conference for 100 attendees, managed logistics, and facilitated key projects like assembling and distributing backpacks for the unhoused and Indigenous bundles. I contributed to internal communications by writing articles for the staff newsletter and maintained accurate contact databases. I also assisted directors with scheduling, travel arrangements, and report preparation, while collaborating with project managers to ensure the timely execution of plans and activities.

Office of Student LifeAs Team Lead for the New Student Connect program, I supervised a team of 5-7 students, mentoring over 100 first-year students to help them navigate university life. I developed and facilitated Indigenous Land Acknowledgement training and coordinated multiple events to support incoming students during the COVID-19 pandemic. I led meetings with staff and stakeholders to set goals and develop plans, while researching policy issues on sustainability, mental health, and academic strategies. Additionally, I created documents for decision-makers, including presentations and briefing notes for strategic planning.

I contributed to the creation of the the Annual Budget presentation, contributing to decision-making and recommending improvements in spending and policy. I also helped develop the Strategic Business Plan and promoted environmentally sustainable business practices, while maintaining communication with the student body through office hours and campus outreach.
