Engineer's Representative in accordance to FIDIC “Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer (“Red book”) Second edition 2017” for Rehabilitation Works for Ibër-Lepenc Canal financed by the World Bank.

Construction Specialist for planning and conduction of the new lignite fired Power Plant shall consist of one unit having a nominal capacity of 450 ± 20 MW Owner’s Engineer in accordance to the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Site Remediation of the Power Plant Site

Contract Administration in accordance to FIDIC (Red, Yellow and harmonized book)The Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. is a an Albanian company owned by Statkraft AS, Norway that has an concession agreement with Albanian Government to design, finance, construct, own, operate, maintain and transfer of the Devoll River Hydropower Project with 3 plants with a combined installed capacity of approximately 319 MW (+/- 20%), including the rehabilitation and completion of the existing Banja Hydropower Plant and the sale of the produced electricity in Albania and internationally.Project consists of using the existing cofferdam structure for the Banjë reservoir, which will be raised to 175m above sea level, with an embankment dam consisting of an impervious clay core. The Moglicë plant is the upper and biggest on the Devoll hydropower project. It will consist of 150m dam asphalt-core rock-filled structure, which is anticipated to be the world's highest of its kind upon completion. Its powerhouse will be located underground. Water from the Moglicë reservoir will be conveyed through a headrace tunnel utilizing a segmentally lined TBM tunnel. The project will increase the Albanian electricity production by almost 17%

An EU funded project managed by the European Union Office in Kosovo •Acting as Supervisor on behalf of the EU Office in Kosovo;•Reviewing and approving the design submitted and prepared by the relevant Contractor;•Assessing and endorsing all certificates, invoices and any other supporting documents (such as field measurement, etc.) issued by the implementing contractor, prior to their submission to the EU Office in Kosovo; of the Works Cost and Budget of approx. 10 million Euros.•Reviewing and approving the Contractor’s Performance Program concerning: -Site mobilisation, construction equipment, traffic management, health and safety procedures, site maintenance and security measures; -Quality assurance plan and procedures for excavation and earth moving; -Origin of materials and equipment, construction techniques; -O&M manuals in English and Albanian and Serbian if required, staffing and O&M training plans; -Inspection, testing and commissioning programmes and procedures;•Providing daily supervision and monitor works progress in accordance with FIDIC and PRAG procedures;•Approving all the necessary modifications to the project.•Providing technical advice to contractors when needed, as strong supervision and guidance as required;•Participating in all planned testing procedures, including the issuing and approving of related certificates for the Works Contract; Approving or rejecting the works through monitoring the quality of the works, materials and workmanship;•Reviewing and mitigating the claims and variations submitted by the Works Contractor (including the preparation of cost estimates), maintaining appropriate records and taking action to try to avoid any disputes that may arise;•Providing instructions and advice to the staff of the Beneficiary with regard to operational aspects of the works;

•Coordination of Design Build projects, preparation of documentation, specifications and bills of quantities.•Implementation of the Works.

•Assessment of damage to houses and Estimation of costs •Tendering & procurement and implementation & monitoring of the Works, including financial analysis of the Works Cost and Budget of approx. 2 million Euros

•Inspecting quality of work for Military Security Building. Daily reporting for the improvement and possible problems during construction•Weekly reporting with photos, time schedule and progress reporting.•Advisor on possible changes to the construction process.•Project/Contract price about 600,000Euros

Language assistance to the Election Officer at Dragash. Interpreting during meetings between the EO and Political Party representatives. Translation of Albanian / Serbian / English and vice versa. Facilitating the meetings between the election Officer and the Municipal Election CommissionDistribution of election information materials to Political Parties and local NGOs.
