Conduct functional testing and providing corresponding activities, ◊ Creating UAT (User Acceptance testing) providing test, conducting by the scope of process’s defects, gap analysis.◊ Collaborate and design requirements for integration, user's guide and instructions for admin.

The role of team leader in pre-sales and running projects in the capacity of consultant, analysis and architect:• Responsible for maturing integration solutions of the department, communication with Vendors,• Participated in pre-sales processes as business analyst and architect, prepared presentations, delivered proof of concept,• Managed the team of pilot development in the pre-sale, described the workflow of processes for the integration project, developed supplementary specifications,• Designed architecture for different integration solutions, developed preliminary project plan, defined preliminary project domain and staffing,• Designed documents with scope and requirements model, selected tools that fit the needs of the integration project,• Participated in the phases of observation, analysis and design in the running projects as the team-leader in a role of architect and business-analyst,• Interviewed a customer, fulfilled an questionnaire form, analyzing and designing the solution,• In pre-sales and running projects designed such specific documentations as:- Business Requirements Document (BRD),- Commercial and Technical Proposals,- Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership,- Business benefits and improvements of integration solutions,- Particular questionnaire form for integration project,- Particular memo of the projects,- Specifications and other applicable documentation.
