We also specialized in supplying a vintage food truck as part of our companies theme which in late 2017 I progressively became more involved in its business development and marketing. Events and Catering SupervisorHaving first started my career as a barista in Dish, I worked my way up to become a known as a loyal & hardworking colleague. Halfway through Dish, I was relocated and stationed at King's Schools in Dubai to provide lunch caterings for primary school children. I was selected to lead a small team of 6 to cater to the needs of the client. I successfully managed the daily caterings of 3 different primary & secondary school locations. As team leader of 6, I was the key person in charge, coordinating internal communications. I executed outside caterings, directed hospitality services, resolved all client complaints and advised staff on proper communication practices. While carrying the title of Barista, I was quick to assume more responsibilities and quickly established myself as a supervisor.
