As a college student who always need to solve some exhausting academic problems, I fully recognize the importance of the communication and leadership. Being a skilled leader in conversations and exchanging valuable thoughts during discussions are the key to solve the problem. That's why I am always improving my skills for a better communication and being a leader. I believe those skills will lead me to make some changes in this world.I'm able to lead the discussions by using my leadership and communication skills in order to get a better conversation than before. The improvement I made in discussions lead my team to a high status at the end of the projects. Depend on the skills, on the first semester in IU, I guide my team to got A for all our group projects in K201 class.In addition, to become a better communicator, I use my time to meet and talk with different people. It is crucial for me to keep talking and met other people. This process helps me to get a better understanding of how to properly communicate with different kind of people that I may work with in the future.What's more, I use my other free time for team sport to improve my leadership skill. Playing basketball or soccer can be a great way to improve how I can manage a group of people well for a common goal. Additionally, it is essential to release my pressure and doing better on my skills in the future.
