My three years of experience in the trade, six years in accounting and finance, and twenty years of experience in the human resources department gave me a breadth of professional and practical knowledge, as well as made me realize the importance of interpersonal relationships in team work in a business environment.I am responsible for calculating wages in SAP and HR-net, and the timely compilation of all required reports to the relevant state bodies and institutions.I enhanced my professional education by successfully completing one-year training for managers of human resources at the center of educational in "Business Excellence", which allowed me to supplement my practical knowledge with theory.I still try to continually update my knowledge of the HR world by monitoring the local market, and literature seminars.
