About my journey so far.I learned for football coaching, but because of COVID19 it had lack of success. I did just wait for the trainings but nothing happened. Than I decided to work as a warehouse co-worker in a small individual proprietorship, while I was waiting. Apperantly the commerce fits me because of the strategy and the planning, especially in the logistics. After a bit of time, I made an approach to complete another final exam for English and after I succeded, I went to University to study business in Commerce and Marketing course. After one year of my appliance, I have changed my job to a Supply Chain assistant at Auchan Retail. I have worked for 18 months, then I felt I had nothing left to learn and I would like to face new challanges, new opportinities, create and grow, but I could not get the chance, to get a new position.I moved on to Media Markt as a Category Manager assistant, but the company policy didn't fit me, I had to muve on to search for somethich I yearned for.Thankfully I wasn't mistaken. Here I am at IKEA, where they gave me the opportunity to finally lead people, which I desired. I can thank so much for them, that I could experiance the leadership so young. First I started as a shift leader in the replenishment team, I exprianced so much in so little time about maintaining the dayli operations of a group of 10-15 people.They quickly recognized my ambition and my attitude, so they made me team leader within three months. Now I can participate in short and middle team logistics plans, organize and participate on important meetings, create long term operations and have a quite free hand on inbound logistics, which I am grateful for.My plans for the future is to complete a Mastersdegree in Supply Chain and work as high position at a business company, as possible, as my talents, abilities, determination limits. Although my determination has no limits, and in my opinion hard work beats the talent, I'm living my life in that belief.
