- Contributing to the development, modification and design of existing and new injection moulding tools;- Support product approval processes;- Participation in mould trials, taking over moulds from the mould manufacturer;- Coordinating tool modifications;- Preparing tool test reports, status reports;- Liaising with existing tool manufacturers, tool designers, Liaising with existing tool manufacturers and tool designers, as well as new tool manufacturers;- Supervise tool maintenance and develop maintenance structure;- Coordinating the work of the tool maintenance team;- Preparing quotations for tool projects, refurbishments, modifications and major maintenance;

- Provide day-to-day quality support in case of non-conformities related to production, coordinate corrective and preventive actions;- Active participation in the introduction of new products and processes;- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of quality metrics, improvement;- Preparation and supervision of processes and procedures, active participation in the development of production processes;- Direct contact with customer representatives, overall improvement of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints;- Developing the company's quality management system, documenting and operating the system;- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 where applicable;- Supporting the preparation for, conducting and actively participating in the evaluation of external/internal audits;- Initiate, identify and close preventive and corrective actions related to quality issues;- Organising quality training for employees, providing training organising quality training, preparing training documentation, training employees;- Coordinating the organisation of product sampling, its joint evaluation with the with the customer's contact persons;
