These two are so interwoven, and yet often approached in siloes. How can we expect to look after each other if we don't look after ourselves? Or how can we expect our wellbeing to be in top form while facing things like bias and stigma?I am a Consultant working with various organisations as well as engaging in freelance bespoke work. Having completed my MSc with King's College London in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, I chose to specialise in Emotional Inclusion, Mental Health and Neurodiversity while using my expertise in neuroscience to enhance clientele’s learning experience. I believe Neuropsychological Education for business is a key piece in activating empathy both for ourselves and for those around us.
