• Leading the Quality Engineering team and QC team• Handle internal quality issues, claims and follow up the relevant actions• Verification of corrective and preventive actions in Production• Track internal issue related costs• Facilitate mistake proofing and react to internal performance indicators• Compile, analyze, report and react to costs of poor quality• Actively participate in new product introduction (APQP, PPAP)

- Responsible for plant quality KPIs - As a member of the management team participation in tactical decision making process- Supervision of integrated quality and environment assurance system (ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001), improvement of internal processes- Internal audits , tracking of corrective actions- Customer audit, tracking of corrective actions- Supplier audits, tracking of corrective actions- Monitoring, decreasing of quality cost- Monitoring, decreasing internal scrap- Corrective and preventive actions implementation.- Manage of quality team(3 engineers, 9 technitians) - Communication with customers, suppliers- Claim handling (customer , supplier)- Customer, supplier PPAP handling- Supplier evaluation- Introduction of new part, process- Measuring equipments calibration management- Participate Gemba-Kaizen activities
