− Responsible to search and to develop distributors in Mexico and Latin America. Establish first contact, contracts, monitor A/R, commercial and logistic support as well as sales and marketing.− Support and supervise regional sales managers as well as sales reps. Conducting field trips with domestic and international customers. − Submit Manager Reports to the Senior Management and Board of Directors. Make presentations, interviews, write business plan, coordinate strategic planning in english.− Facilitate decision making to the General Director by advising and by providing concrete elements. Coordinate various aspects of the business like logistic, finance, commercial, CRM, and new business ventures. − Research, plan, evaluate and select new vendors. Find new products in order to satisfy clients needs.

− Adapt and design text, papers, MSDS, technical sheets and brochures in order to ensure readability, style, translation english/spanish/english and content.− Manage advertising and promotion for the company. Establish strategic plan for publicity including magazines, newspapers, PLM, internet, trade shows, distributor/consumer oriented promotion and advertising.− Coordinate the Integrated Marketing and Communications in the Company through the support of an Ad Agency.− Market analyst including new products, competitors, distributors, pricing and crop value.− Event planning for technical congress in several states.
