Collaborate with teams across Finance to integrate accounting and financial reporting of CTBA acquired companies to AC structure. In cooperation with Group Finance team support successful integration of CTBA acquired company for Opening Balance sheet verification, Purchase price accounting and financial reporting. Support integration of business processes (AtR, PtP, BIC, T&E) to AC standard, map the acquired reporting processes to the BA requirements, identify any gaps and implement the changes.

- Monthly reporting on key KPI’s, costs and other segments of thebusiness.- Identifying and developing process improvements in close cooperation with the client.- Performing non-routine, complex accounting activities.

- Management accounting ownership including P&L submission and BS reconciliations, including monthly BS review with high level business partners.- Working closely with London-based and local finance teams to ensure operations are efficient and well controlled.- Preparation of audit files, journal testing for auditors.
