I set up Coach & Create Ltd in 2019 and offer bespoke coaching programmes, facilitation & training. Coaching – bespoke programmes of one-to-one coaching, designed to help you gain clarity on your values, goals and ambitions, discover your purpose and help you design your route ahead. Facilitation & Training with a focus on communication skills– working with leaders, leadership teams, boards and managers, helping you build stronger teams and resilient businesses. I qualified as an ACSTH coach in 2020 and became an ACC Accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2022. As a member of the ICF, I comply with the ICF Code of Ethics. I am a Certified NLP Practitioner with Neuroscience and have recently completed Disruptive Change Maker training. A member of the International Teaching Seminar Resource Team, I help train future coaches on their Mastering the Coach Approach Programme.
