Together with the agency’s highly skilled on-trade Stir team, I manage the Diageo Bar Academy, not only in GB and Ireland, but across 13 additional European countries. Involving multi-cultural stakeholder and programme management, the team is delivering efficiencies and upskilling over 80,000 bartenders a year for a greater on-trade experience.
