Profile of a leader, engaged, passionate about promoting difference in the context in which he is inserted and with ease for teamwork. Something that certainly had a big impact (and is not usually exposed on my professional resume) on the person I am today is the fact that my first contact with the job market was on April 2, 2005, when I was approximately seven years old. With my father in his business (the beginning of my passion for the administration area) and challenged to deal with the public, it refers to the moment when I started to get involved with aspects related to management. In 2014 I was approved at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Minas Gerais (IFMG). As it is a full-time high school, I had to leave the job market at this stage of training. In 2018, I joined the Bachelor of Business Administration at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) in which I gained some unique experiences, experiences that certainly fostered this cycle of personal and professional training. I highlight the international experience of Infinity Advertising Agency (startup located in the Egyptian capital) and the role of Project Manager at CACE Consultoria Jr. It is worth mentioning that at UFV I acquired knowledge about Power BI and Excel, among other softwares. Even though it is necessary to position myself in an unprecedented way, I am passionate about learning. That said, some of my next steps are fluency in the English language, the ANBIMA Investment Specialist (CEA) Certification and the Master in Business Administration (MBA). It is a profile in which the main strengths are good oral and written communication, organization and leadership spirit with high adaptability. An Administrator focused on results and evolution in search of professional development.
