I held various top executive positions as GM General Management,Commercial Operations and Regional Business Management roles across E. Europe, Middle East ,UK, USA and Turkey. Mainly experienced in marketing & sales (senior executive) within those years, with hands-on responsibility for business management (trade marketing, key account management, brand and product management, category management, category development) commercial operations and leadership roles, skilled in developing and executing business strategies, go-to-market strategies, growth strategies, managing multi-functional teams, managing p&l, building and launching brands and businesses in domestic and international markets. In addition to mentioned responsibilities, experienced in International logistics, manufacturing, supply chain and imports. I worked as Business Manager of Gillette Turkey and Mediterranean/Balkans/Estern European markets and built the most effective business model for the region delivering outstanding business results. Worked at Tesco PLC as Marketing, Category and Brand Development Director and give Tesco competitive advantage through innovative, creative, focused initiatives and communication that makes the company different, better and the right choice for customers and later, I moved to Yıldız Holding , as Deputy GM of Pladis set up several departments from the scratch such as Trade Marketing, Shopper and Consumer Insight, event marketing and applied to other group companies.Then worked as GM to set up new company of Mevsim and built operations for F&V production and distribution, initially supply fresh produce of highly recognized fresh products while leading the setting up new process in YH Turkey operations.Currently, I work for Mondelez International.
