- Taking an active role during budget process by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, prepare monthly/year-end actuals/forecast- Controlling of budget, preparing management and financial analysis reports showing the budget performance (variances, profitability analysis and KPIs) for senior management and business units- Monitoring the financial closing processes of Newspapers, TV Channels and Medya Group companies on a monthly basis.
