Raised in Sweden during the 60s and 70s, my journey began with the curious mind of a classic engineer, fascinated by the mechanics of the world around me. This innate curiosity naturally led me to a career in engineering, starting with my Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Department of Human Work Science at the University of Lulea, Sweden. My education was pioneering, focusing on a cross-scientific approach that placed the human at the heart of study – a novel concept at the time that has since shaped my professional trajectory.My Passion:For several decades, I have thrived as a Systems Engineer, working across various countries analysing and mastering the intricacies of technical complexity. However, it was my growing awareness of a different kind of complexity within organisations – the human complexity – that truly transformed my perspective. Observing patterns in communication, work processes, and personal behaviours in professional settings, I recognised the need for a systems perspective that integrates technical knowledge with a nuanced understanding of human dynamics.Principal Facilitator:As the principal facilitator of the "Human Complexity Foundations" course, a 3-Day Training programme in True Systems Thinking, I merge decades of experience in Systems Engineering with innovative approaches to human complexity. This unique blend of expertise enables me to offer insights and solutions that transcend conventional methodologies.Open to contracts:Currently seeking new challenges, I am available for full-time or part-time assignments within the CH and EU regions.
