* Develop new packaging, project objective and is accountable for cost or quality improvement.* Determine packaging specifications and provide & maintain them.* Identify new & innovative types of packaging & assess the feasibility of proposed development in terms of target cost and manufacturing method.* Artwork validation.* Coordination / interaction independently in basic work with cross fuctional team and supplier.

* Being responsible for ensuring appropriate processes are implemented to fulfill responsibilities to employee development, quality control, safety.* Establishing manufacturing priorities and allocation of appropriate resources.* Executing production plans that support and are aligned with plant and company business objectives.* Ensuring the packaging department is in full compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP) and company policies.* Coordinating all the staffs and lines with maximum efficiency and minimum costs according to daily or weekly production plan. * Improving to the line productivities and personnel trainings to keep standards of the factory.* To resolve issues and to increase efficiency with QC team.* Taking the neccessary preventive actions for customer complaints.* To inform and assist the production director about the progresses.

* Defining the process parameters, finding solution for the problems of process by using data which is carried out from DCS (Distributed Control System) and quality parameters from QCS (Quality Control System).* Coordinating all the staffs with maximum efficiency and minimum costs according to daily or weekly production plan. * Reducing unexpected stoppages and improving machine productivity.* Conducting personnel trainings to keep standards of the factory.* Involving maintenance activities.* Supporting purchasing activities.* Coordinating the production teams in the plant and optimizing the work-load.* Cooperating with the quality team in order to sustain the reliability and quality of the products.*Involving cost reduction activities.

* Identify and implement margin improvement (FTG) projects for packaging items.* Conducting packaging simplification projects for cost saving and process improvement.* Involve in FP&R activities (Factory Performance & Reliability system) and reviewing PPM (Process Picture Map) applications with the production team.
