- Calculating annual salary increase, performance bonus, promotion & adjustment salaries, - Preparing salary offers,- HC planning & personnel budget preparations,- HR Information system Improvement & Maintenance (SAP, VİYA, EBA),- Monthly group-wide HR KPI's and executive reports/dashboards,- Job evaluation according to Hay Methodology both White Collar & Blue Collar,- Carrying out expat management process (Budget, Payment, Invoicing, Work Permit)- Taking active roles in HR Projects (Trading Incentive System Design, Performance Management, Automatizing HR executive reports/dashboards, Flexible Benefits, Grade Revision, company spesific report design in SAP HR Module)

- Providing monthly and quarterly group-wide HR KPI's and executive reports/dashboards, - Taking active roles in HR Projects (Performance Management, Trading Incentive System Design) - Annual salary increase, performance bonus, promotion, adjustment and salary offer studies, - HC planning & personnel budget preparations, - Responsible for performance management process and proving technical support to all Enerjisa Business Unit HR’s, - Responsible for HR Information System improvement & maintenance, - Job evaluation according to Hay Methodology, - Carrying out expat management process.,- Recruitment,- Organizational succession planning process,- Assisting Career Management process (ROTA), - Controlling monthly payroll lists & payments.
