We divided the products into groups and examined how the products are made and how the assignments are assigned to the cells. In order to make cost / machine assignments at a minimum cost level, we took all the axioms necessary for our Cellular Manufacturing and Group Technologies thesis and we optimized the machine assignments in the company with our team of two.It was a Thesis Preparation process where I learned a lot about how to organize functioning in this firm where I spent a long time.

In line with my Industrial Engineering Applications internship;I worked with engineers in the Business Preparation, Lean, Assembly, Supply, Production, Maintenance and Repair Departments.In order to produce bigger and higher quality buses, I got involved in the work process existing within the company. I made daily safety checks of the machines in line with the kaizen and lean production studies, time studies and the instructions given to me. I designed the home-saving and fluid layout of the "Paint Shop Unit" to be redesigned, and prepared the drawings on Autocad.I participated in the Bus Production Process Trainings and learned how the bus production process is done and received a certificate.It was an internship period that made a big difference in my experience.
