In ProfessionalI have more than 25 years of experience on developing it systems within different projects and products. My experience ranges from building ticketing systems for event, cinema and sports arenas, implementing ETL processes for data warehouses, developing large complex reports for sales management and finance and further developing functionality within the EPR system for healthcare institutions.Through my experience with such projects, I have an idea of what works and does not work. I have been involved in development methodologies such as scrum, kanban and even waterfall. I have written small and large requirements specifications and have a lot of experience in how to transform from an idea to shipped product.Since 2018, I have had the position as a QA and project manager for several development projects within ticketing system and mainly around the point of sale solution in Dialog eXe (DX).From the autumn of 2019, I have also been team leader for a development team that primarily develops point of sale solutions for event tickets and product sales.In the summer of 2020, I joined a team that is responsible for specifying and planning how the product portfolio of DX's solution will develop further, and with it a role as product manager.My current position is Data & Insights Manager at DX. In this position, I spend my main focus time diving into and analyzing big data from our platform and collaboration partners. The main goal with this would be to give insights to our B2B customers and to our product and market team.In privateI am an married man living in Bodø. I have two grown up girls. When I'm not working I spend my time on cycling, both road and mountain bike, running and mountain hiking in our beautiful nature in Nordland (especially Hamarøy, Lofoten and Steigen).
