Regional FM Manager -NordicsI have the ultimate responsibility for Nordic 1team and the services that we deliver across the Rolls-Royce estate. Ownership and responsibility for the strategic delivery and development of the contract in line with Group Property FM strategy through working closely with Rolls-Royce clients.Responsibilities also includes;o Accountable for the management of the Nordic FM operations, service delivery and performance.o Being the key client interface for Rolls-Royce Group Property and Rolls-Royce local business representatives.o Ensuring that resources are committed to the contract and that the Mitie business supports the operational teams in contract delivery to achieve the excellent service levels required.o Manage the development of the annual budgets for the Nordics, ensuring it reflects an accurate financial picture for the coming year.o Effectively drive controls and monitor botth operational delivery KPI`s and the P&L`s for the FM services in the Nordics.

Facilities controller in EMEA, responsible for Norway, Sweden, Finland and Northern UK including Scotland.Main objectives are to ensure a standard delivery agreed in our service level agreement through the contract.Be a contact point both for site senior management and for our Heads of Facilities, this to act as a hub to ensure good communication, openness, consistent delivery and engagement.Another part of the roll is compliance and statutory audits against the contract and legislation. I am also engaged in project follow-up and snagging when visiting sites. This includes delivery, HS&E and quality. Also customer satisfaction surveys with feed back and actions on findings are a responsibility.

FM Responsibilities for:Bergen Engines, Foundry , Hagavik, PES Godvik, ,PES Austevoll & Oslo HQ To ensure the safe & effective operation of Group Property within the Marine in Norway -SouthMaintain and develop both hard & soft services to gain Customer loyalty by providing trouble free, low cost workplaces

Responsible for all purchase at Rolls-Royce, Foundery. This involves the daily contact with suppliers, and negotiation of contracts.

Laboratory engineer and purchaser for the daily business, including the negotiation of contracts with different suppliers.
