Main tasks included day to day M&A and ECM advisory services including project management across various industries and sectors. During my period at Swedbank I have participated in projects involving both private companies, public companies and Norwegian/Nordic private equity companies. Primarily focus on the oil service industry providing M&A advisory services, but also worked with ECM related to E&P businesses. Served as Head of oil service (non assets) from June 2014.Short list of work tasks includes;Project management, Client contact, Financial modeling and valuation, Documentation and information gathering, Development of presentation material, Ad-hoc market and financial analysis.Swedbank is one of the largest banking groups in the Nordic region, with a balance sheet of SEK 1,800bn. Supplies consultancy services and are specialises in Corporate Strategy & Development and Market Research. Having a position as operating manager I have gained experience such as Project Management, People Management and Project Planning and Development
