Analyze and forecast material requirements based on scheduled maintenance activities and aircraft utilization rates.Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components needed for aircraft maintenance.Review and manage technical documentation related to aircraft parts, including service bulletins and regulatory requirements.Utilize data analytics to track material usage trends and improve planning accuracy.Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to understand specific material needs for ongoing projects.Prepare reports on material availability, usage, and forecasts for management review.

Assign crew planning members due to their each aircraft type and develop of process at daily operation. Monitor and control crew flight schedules due to unexpected delay or technical issues and reschedule crew members. Work closely with operational teams to understand their needs and adjust crew assignments accordingly to ensure smooth operations.Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or personnel issues that may impact daily operations, including finding replacements or adjusting shifts.Ensure all crew assignments comply with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.Gather feedback from crew members and operational staff to improve scheduling practices and address any concerns.Implement and develop a new crew planning management system with Jeppesen's team as a member of the project team.
