Job definition;- Developing exclusive formulations for both polyol side and prepolymer side of flexible foams especially for HR foam (automotive (two wheeler&four wheeler) & furniture & medical & sound insulation), viscoelastic foam, wire harness systems, elastomer systems, filter box and integral skin (solvent based & water based & hybrid) systems.- Revising existent formulations to make them better or adjust them according to customer's conditions. -Testing formulations which are designed at customers and making some changes according to result of trials if it is necessary.-Making root cause analysis for customer complaints and solving problems occured at customers.-Making tests to save product which is quarantined.-Reading articles about flexible foams to follow the latest studies.-Keeping in touch with additive&polyol&iso suppliers to get information about the latest developments. - Visiting domestic and abroad customers to learn their desires&expectations and make some educational presentations about production process.

Job definition;-Reporting daily production report for furnaces in the tempered glass line.-Obtaining reasons of problems for furnaces during production and making provisions not to occure again.-Determining weekly shift of personnel. -Making improvement for process.Up to this time for process improvement;-Furnace parameters for every different type glass were recorded and so;-Blow off pressure and vacuum values were decreased by calculating true values for every different glass type. I benefited from First Thermodynamic Law for the calculation.-Trouble for upper damper was obtained and air pressure during unload mode was decreased by %40.-It was obtained that a fan was enough to temper for thick glass (4mm and over) instead of two fans.-It was obtained that quench rings’ desing for some glass caused more pressure drop.

I tested that was produced raw oil, refined oil and forage and I determined which one had desire quality (% acid, % soap, pH, % protein). I allowed to sell samples that had good quality and send back some samples that had not desire quality to re-produced.

I studied production of masterbatch in laboratory. The masterbatch that had customers’ desire qualities (colour, fastness, strength etc.) was produced small volume in laboratory before producing large volume in plant and then information about these productions to produce large volume was sent to the plant.
