- Prepare internal job advertisements- Contact candidates, arrange interview times to ensure interviews are conductedefficiently and equitably.- Interview, test, rank, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidatesbased on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.- Communicate job offer in accordance with the agreed job specifications so thatsuccessful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept theposition.- Update HR databases on HRIS and provide periodical & ad-hoc reports (eg. Personneldatabase, Recruitment database etc)- Support other task from C&B Team such as check Insurance, Personal Tax, arrange andmanage profiles
