• Assistant to chairman: Translation, make contract, book hotel and air ticket restaurant, organize meeting, on behalf of chairman to join management meeting.• Managing the dormitory for staff, manage the kitchen, manage the security department.• In charge of work permit for foreigner.• Support purchasing department to buying some equipment for production.• Support Deputy general director control Admin Department• Support Chief Accountant to control the budget. Make report daily and transfer money to the supplier and subcontractor.

• Managing Enrolment Process: give consultation, collect tuition fee, report enrolment issue, double check for completion of enrolment documentary, well filling….• Overseeing Administration duties: double-check translation letters, update of students details, supervise bus, meals for students, all stock for schools.• Controlling budget: manage school’s fund, school expenditures.• Assisting the Principal: in school plans and activities, meetings with parents, follow up tasks relating HR, Project, Purchasing issues, deal with student and parent issues,….• Collecting tuition fee, manage school bus, school uniform.

• Purchasing equipment for production: Contact with suppliers, purchase stationeries, safety items and coal for product, cast iron. Make contracts and documents for payments.• Work permit and Visa for foreigner.

• Process daily/weekly payment.• Monitor payment schedule, payment information.• Monitor prepaid expense, deferred charges, accruals• Monitor loan withdrawal, interest accrual, interest payment.• ERP & VAS monthly comparison Carry out quality.• Assist Senior Accountant in month end closing• Assist Finance leader in budgeting
